Frontier Packaging and Equipment, LLC always wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If there is ever a question regarding any aspect of our products or business we are always available at (877) 219-MEAT to answer question PRIOR to ordering. All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Customer must acquire a Return Authorization from our customer service department at Frontier Packaging and Equipment, LLC. No return shipments will be accepted by Frontier Packaging and Equipment, LLC without original packaging or a Return Authorization. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 30% of the item(s) cost. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns. NO returns on products shipped direct from the manufacturer and/or special order items.
